International Borrowers
These categories will apply if you are an international borrower
- Expat- is defined as Australian Citizens and PR Living and working offshore. (can include New Zealand citizens & PR). Not all currencies are acceptable as income source.
- Visa Holders- Holders of Permanent and Temporary Visa living in Australia ( at least some of the time). Visa validity at least 12 months. Visa must be of acceptable category to each lender
- Non-resident- Borrowers who lived and work overseas buying an investment property in Australia
